Return Policy

In case of any discrepancies or ambiguities between the content of this document in Traditional Chinese and English versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

Return and exchange policy:

Fresh crop products are perishable, with shorter shelf life, and are not eligible for a 7-day inspection period under the "Reasonable Exceptions to Communication Transaction Rescission Rights" policy.

This product is made from fresh crop products. Variations in color and flavor due to different harvesting seasons are considered normal, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on such variations.

If the product arrives with severe defects, damaged packaging, or items missing due to transportation issues, please take photos as evidence on the spot, keep the product and the delivery receipt, and notify our customer service immediately. We will promptly handle the return or exchange process for you.
