In case of any discrepancies or ambiguities between the content of this document in Traditional Chinese and English versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

Precautions before placing an order:

*Fresh products are perishable with a shorter shelf life, and the "Reasonable Exception Criteria for Communication Transaction Cancellation Right" does not apply to a 7-day trial period.
*This product is made from fresh crops, and variations in color and flavor may occur due to different harvesting seasons. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on differences in flavor caused by variations in crops.

2.Changing the payment method:

Once the original order is canceled without payment, you can place a new order.

3.Payment failure/Exceeding payment deadline:

-Credit card/LINE Pay/Apple Pay payment:
If the payment fails, the order will not be processed, and the system will automatically cancel the order. Please make sure to reorder after confirming the non-payment.
-ATM payment:
If the payment deadline is exceeded, the order will be automatically canceled. Please place a new order and make the payment within the time limit.

4.Invoice and tax ID:

An electronic invoice will be sent to your email after the order is completed.
In line with environmental protection, paper invoices are not provided. You can print the electronic invoice for company reimbursement purposes.

Post-order and order-related inquiries

1.Order status inquiry:

Order confirmation will be sent to your email.
Payment status can be checked 1 hour after payment.
Shipping information will be notified via email, including the tracking number and shipment status.

2.Changing ordered items:

If needed, please contact customer service within 24 hours after placing the order or before shipment. If the products have already entered the scheduling process, the order cannot be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

3.Changing shipping information:

Contact customer service within 1 working day after placing the order.

Shipping and shipping fee-related questions

1.Ready-to-ship time for in-stock items:

Orders will be shipped in the order they are placed. During consecutive holidays/festivals, the shipping time may be extended to 5-7 working days.
If an order exceeds the available quantity, we will notify you separately by phone or email.
For pre-orders, due to production scheduling, the shipping time may be extended to 14-20 days. We recommend confirming with customer service before placing the order.

We provide delivery service within Taiwan. Delivery to outlying islands and overseas is not available.

3.Shipping fee:

Free shipping for orders over NT$1500 (If the order does not meet the free shipping threshold, a shipping fee of NT$200 will apply).
