XO Sauce and Garlic Sauce can be stored at room temperature for 24 months when unopened. Double Chilli Sauce can be stored at room temperature for 12 months when unopened. After opening, all of them need to be refrigerated and consumed as soon as possible. Please use a clean and dry spoon when serving.


Q2.Do they contain preservatives?

Absolutely no preservatives are added. The food manufacturing factory of these products has passed ISO22000 and HACCP certification. The products undergo vacuum sterilization, low water activity, and low acidity production processes. They have also been tested by a food research institute, so please rest assured to consume them.
